Our hospital is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8:00 a.m. until noon on Saturday. This allows for convenient prearranged patient admit early in the morning and for evening discharge.
Doctor's hours are by appointment only. Appointments are scheduled at thirty minute intervals so that we can spend the necessary time with each patient for diagnosis and treatment.
Walk-in clients are welcome, but cats with scheduled appointments will be seen first. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority.
Patient Arrival Policy
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. It is very dangerous to attempt to bring a cat from a car to an unfamiliar building without a secure carrier.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks. We also accept Care Credit.
